Pricing may vary. AI Assist is priced on top of the underlying AI-provider costs, which move with the market. The price shown is the current price; if it changes we will tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal, exactly like a plan price change (see Terms, Article 3). The profile draft offered at sign-up is included with every plan and is not part of this add-on.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your management dashboard — changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and you keep all of your listing data.
Each verified business address registered to your account is one location. Growth covers 3–5 locations — pick your count on the Growth card and the price updates: $129.99/mo for 3, $139.99 for 4, $149.99 for 5.
Customers can message your business directly through BackLocal and get a fast reply — Core and above also support simple automated replies so no message goes unanswered.
BackLocal is built for locally owned, independent businesses. Starter requires a verified local independent with a single location — that verification is part of what keeps the platform free of big-chain noise.
AI Assist is an optional add-on for Core and Growth (per business) that drafts deals for you, checks your listed hours against your website weekly, and keeps your menu or services in sync with your website — always with your approval before anything publishes. Because it runs on a third-party AI provider whose costs move with the market, its price can change; we'll always tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can drop the add-on at any time.
